The intention of Slowguy was to chronicle my training for Ironman Augusta. The event is over and I am back to riding for fun and fitness – the need for slowguy has ended.
Writing is taking me in a direction I didn’t think it would so I am spending more time on Rant and Roll.
I will always be the Slowguy.
